TOURIST PLACES IN BADRINATH

Badrinath or the Devbhoomi situated at 10248 feet above the sea level is considered the holiest of the four main shrines of Uttarakhand. Nestled between the two mountains of Nar & Narayana Parvat, Badrinath lies on the bank of Alaknanda River. The principal temple of Badrinath remains open only from May to mid-November. The nearby excursions in Badrinath 122 meters high Vasudhara falls and the Vyas Gufa.
